This means that it is a document that facilitates internal communication between the group of directors and teachers, with parents, to inform about any request or matter of general interest, which is delivered to each one, which allows several people to find out of what is intended to notify, so they are done in print and in large numbers, depending on the number of people who are going to spread.

The content of a school circular It is internal in nature, since it is not of interest to people outside the institution and contains current news concerning the campus, as well as the causes thereof.

Usually the school circular is not answered, although it is possible to do so in case any clarification is required, or additional information about a particular point and and can be done in writing, or by contacting the address of the college.
