A memorandum of admonition It is a formal document by which a person is informed about some conduct, or fact wrongdoing in which you have incurred and you are invited to change your attitude, or not to incur that type of fouls.
These writings are used mainly in the work and academic environment, they are directed to employees or students to make them notice about the fault committed and about the consequences to which the person to whom it is directs the memorandum of admonition.
It is taken as a first formal notice and acknowledges receipt, since in order to apply the sanctions corresponding acts serves as proof that the offender was warned about the impropriety of his behaviour.
In general, this writing is used after a verbal warning when the same type of fault is appealed. the use of a memorandum of admonition gives more formality to the wake-up call.

Subject: Warning for missing a training course.
On October 28, the course "Warehouse inventory management" took place to which you were invited in advance but did not show up.
The company invests in training its staff in order to improve work processes, help them perform them correctly and reduce errors that may occur.
According to the internal labor regulations that in its article 27 section V says “Labor training is an obligation of the company impart it and the worker take it, in case the employee does not attend the training courses, he will be charged the amount invested in the course".
This time you will not be charged, but if you resort to this behavior, the next time the cost of the course will be deducted via payroll without notice.
