Forensic Speech Example

As its name tells us, a forensic speech It is a presentation that is carried out to clarify some homicide or murder. It is therefore a judicial resource that is very common among judges, lawyers, experts or any other authority that is related to a case of this type. Commonly this speech is also transcribed into a document that becomes a record or proof of the murder, which is written in technical language.

Thanks to its characteristics, a forensic speech presents the facts, their development and the conclusions that dictate who is responsible for the crime. Therefore, it is a very important presentation since it reveals the innocence or guilt of a person, in addition to determining the causes and consequences of a homicide and, above all, how the facts. This is done from an investigation and with the greatest attachment to truthfulness and objectivity.

According to the events that occurred on May 23, 2010, the expert Juan de Dios Ramírez Cosío, after having carried out the corresponding investigation, declares that:

-The victim, identified with the name of Raúl Pérez Sevilla, 44 years old, died from the wounds of a sharp weapon, which he received on 3 occasions. These injuries caused a hemorrhage that bled the victim.

-When he was found, the body had a high degree of decomposition so it was difficult to identify the victim. However, DNA tests corroborated the identity of the deceased.

- The victim received multiple blows before being wounded with the stabbing weapon. This is very clear given the injuries to the face, chest, arms and legs.

- After having analyzed the weapon with which the murder was carried out, it was determined that the fingerprints found on it fully correspond to those of the accused Jesús María Perea Cruz.
