A property title It is a document that, as its name indicates, certifies a person as the owner or owner of some good, mainly real estate such as a house or commercial premises. It is hereby established that the property located at Calle Venustiano Carranza, No. 66, Colonia Presidentes, Delegación Coyoacán, C.P. 07654, México Distrito Federal, whose total construction area is 97m2, legitimately belongs under the laws corresponding to C. JESÚS RODRÍGUEZ MINA.
After an investigation in the Land Registry, it is determined that the aforementioned property does not have any type of debt or notarial problem regarding its surface. Likewise, it is noted that the use of land for this property corresponds solely and exclusively to the home or room, not being possible any other type of use of it.
This title deed is issued on July 20, 1998 according to Notary Public No. 77, located at Av. Mixcoac, No. 34B, Col. Herrerías, Álvaro Obregón Delegation, México D.F. This is extended for legal and administrative purposes that give legal validity to the interested party as sole and legitimate owner of the aforementioned property, granting him the full right to use it according to the regulations and laws to which the property.
