Evaluation Characteristics

The evaluation is a series of predefined exams that aim to verify the capacity of some people, companies or institutions; Evaluations require planning, minimum parameters and maximum parameters, it is not properly an exam, since it is not the measurement of knowledge or the fulfillment of a certain type of parameters, but the measurement of the circumstance in which it is found or the type of process and efficiency in the management of goods in the case of companies and institutions.
Evaluation characteristics:
Evaluation.- This is a concept widely used in education and in administration, and is based on pointing out the value or estimation of a thing, whatever it may be, this concept goes further than an examination, it is closer to A judgment.
Hierarchies.- Evaluations are principles that produce at a given moment a series of hierarchies that allow decisions to be made, these decisions are the basis of a series of processes that can be administrative, but in the school environment the hierarchies allow knowing the level of the students or the processes educational.
Process.- It is the main objective of the evaluation, and in this it consists of the formulation of judgments due to the effect of the planning carried out and the information collected.
Planning.- This is a sub-process that is carried out in a primary way, because without planning, no process to follow will be obtained and the paths and guidelines to follow will not be known.
Information.- These are all the necessary data, and this information can vary widely in each evaluation. The information will always focus on what is related to the topic and will nourish the essence of the evaluation.
Continuity.- The evaluations must be continuous, since the variations produced by the previous decisions will not be known if the carry out the corresponding evaluation, which at a given moment can change the meaning of education or the meaning of a company or institution.
Decisive.- Evaluations are an integral part of the decision processes, this is applicable to three basic systems, "Administration" "Institutional" and "School"; All these are relatively linked by the administrative processes that characterize them but this does not indicate that the bases that are used are totally the same although they always influence the decisions that must be drink.

Project evaluation.- This evaluation is presented in administration, it can cover many topics or circumstances but it will always be related to projects that can be improvement, investment, or processes etc.
