When specific physical exercises are performed, it is often scary to not know what exercises we must do, if we do exercises correctly to "inflate and inflate" or to "decrease and tone up ”.

What I mean by this? That it simply takes time and little else. You can get very toned and well marked legs with just a little conviction, desire, time and with just a broomstick or a long weightless bar!!!
What is necessary is to burn the area, when we do squats and we notice the area that burns, that burns, that you can't take it anymore... that's the trick of everything. No more weight makes it better, it is not necessary.
These exercises are called "high-quality" and serve to burn the fat accumulated in that area. If you want to eliminate calf, knee, thigh, you have a lot of fat... this trick and these exercises will be the trick and it will be perfect for you to mark and burn fat.
Of course, there is a minimum of repetitions, it is not worth doing 5 squats... the ideal and recommended is for example to do at least 30 squats. From there, it is advisable to increase the intensity.
The trick and how it should be done, very important: just one set of 30 repetitions is enough. Try to go down and up very slowly, being able to breathe calmly and noticing the burning legs and thighs. If you feel like it, it's working.
