An internal circular for employees is a small document of an administrative nature, which is distributed among employees so that they find out about a particular event.
The circular can be addressed to an exclusive segment, to a department or to the entire staff.
It is a short document that encapsulates an entire message in a few words, unlike some circulars that can be very lengthy.
