The shortage was accounted for last Wednesday, in which the inventory is made according to the regulations.
In certified correspondence a copy of the corresponding merchandise reports and a certified representative of our establishment will present himself in a timely manner with the documents originals.

With this report, a communication is made of the shortages in merchandise for school sales, because due to an agreement signed by our branch with Colegio Hnos. Pinzón S.C. we need to deliver a total of products that are related as follows:

- 3,200 packages of letter size bond paper
- 1500 packs of legal size bond paper
- 200 pencil boxes
- 300 boxes of erasers
- 650 boxes of pens
- 500 hp monochrome toner refills
- 300 Samsung Monochrome Toner Refills
Cause for which I inform you of the shortages and make the direct request of the endowment of the same, the which according to our agreement have to be delivered in the month of June to release the payment correspondent.
For the necessary procedures, the documentation corresponding to the detailed orders is attached.
Of the same brand and model, we have 8000 complete tuning kits in stock, they have been sold in their entirety, and we have orders for a total of 6000 more, of which only need to be delivered.
We received 15 returns for failures in the parts, which are expected to be sent 9 as soon as the process is approved and the corresponding money will be reimbursed in the remaining 6.
For the corresponding checks, I send the corresponding sales books and the corresponding reimbursement files.
