RECEIPT OF DELIVERY-RECEIPT OF FIXED ASSETS AND PROPERTY SUBJECT TO ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROL

In Mexico City, Federal District, on the twenty-third day of September 2014, the undersigned Eng. Carlos Ponce Peniche delivered the goods and fixed assets to Eng. Ingrid Tebas Contreras, administrator who receives the goods, being clear and under the consent of Mr. Luis Carlos Montes Pérez, controller of the company.

Ing. Ingrid Tebas Contreras, remains as delegate of the goods section.

Thus, being present at the company's offices located on Calle California Col. Banners, Iztacalco Delegation, in order to carry out the corresponding delivery-reception diligence. To this end, with the presence of the aforementioned persons, the physical verification and delivery-receipt of the fixed assets and assets subject to administrative control, according to the following inventory list of verified assets physically:

It is hereby established that Eng. Ingrid Tebas Contreras, will be in charge of the proper use of the devices, their conservation, managing their use, as well as their maintenance.

They are among the obligations of Eng. Ingrid Tebas Contreras, the payment of the insurance of said devices and the handling of the funds destined for them, the safety of the employees and the use and preparation of the employees.
