Organizational Characteristics
Administration / / July 04, 2021
The organization is carried out exclusively by the human being, if there is some type of organization between animals would be of a purely instinctive order, as would be the case with bees, ants, wasps and termites.
The organizational parameters are many, as this concept and technique applies to almost any regime or process, but in general terms the diffusion of the organization is more entrepreneurial although there is also the organization common.
General characteristics of the organization:
Common organization.- This consists of carrying out methods or poses either with one or more people to carry out a simple job such as:
- Repair a house
- Have a get-together
- Fix a car
- Prepare a procedure etc.
Administrative organization.- In administration, the organization has a different meaning than the common organization, here we can divide it as follows:
- Linear
- Functional
- Staff
1. The linear organization is the hierarchy organization; it goes from the least to the greatest or vice versa. In this there is a command which is followed independently of the capacity or circumstance. Linear organization can be found in both staff and functional organization.
2. The functional organization.- This organization exploits or takes advantage of the qualities or specialties of each of the members, so it can be said that it places each person in the most appropriate place and with the instructions corresponding.
3. The Staff is the conjunction of the line and functional services, especially in the specialized that establishes a well projected work plan in relation to the capacity of each individual.
