Conversion From Degrees To Radians
Math / / July 04, 2021
The Degrees are the unit that allows us to give a measure to Angles. They tell us how open an angle is, and they are the fundamental tool for trigonometry.
In a circumference, which is the total opening, they fit 360 °. In the straight angle or semicircle there is 180 °, and in the Right angle there is a measure of 90 °.
In addition to the Degrees there is a unit of measure of the angles, which are the Radians. A Radian is defined as the length of an arc that measures a Radius.
A Bow It is a segment of circumference, delimited by the sides of an angle, and therefore with a length determined by it. The Radian is an Arc that measures a Radius.
In a Circumference, also called Circle Perimeter, the Diameter fits π times, that is, 3.1416 times.
ANDl Radio fits 2 times in Diameter, then it will fit 2 * π times in the Circumference. This equates to 6.2832 Radii in Circumference.
360 ° degrees are in a circumference
6.2832 or 2π Radians are in a Circumference
360 ° = 6.2832 Rad
(360 ° / 6.2832) = 1 Rad
57.3 ° = 1 Rad
From these equivalences it is possible to convert from Degrees to Radians with total mastery of both units.
