The Quality Trilogy Of Dr. Juran.
Human Resources / / July 04, 2021
It consists in the fact that quality management is based on 3 processes aimed at achieving quality:
• Quality planning: Create a process that is capable of meeting established goals, to do so obviously under operating conditions. The Total Quality Master Plan required by the organization is prepared (to be functional, it must last at least 3 years)
• Quality control: Monitor that the process operates with optimal effectiveness (efficiency + efficacy), because the deficiencies originate in the initial operation, the processes can operate with a high level of expenditure of waste.
• Quality improvement: It is the way in which you break with the previous levels of performance and performance. (It starts badly ends badly).
Provide the infrastructure and resources necessary to carry out the plans. Review quality results against plan and goals. Review the manager's performance evaluation system, incorporating the performance related to quality in comparison with the established goals.
