Administrative Act Example

An administrative act is the document that is prepared to leave evidence and sanction events that occur with a worker and that go against any norm of the Company based on the Code of Conduct and / or Internal Work Regulations and / or because it is an action that represents an effect on the organization. It serves as a test to carry out certain labor processes such as the termination of the employment relationship without responsibility for the employer.
