3 Day Detox Diet

DAY 1
Breakfast
Unsweetened tea (Splenda can be used)
1 Banana
1 apple with peel
5 slices of panela cheese
Collation
Light gelatin
Vegetable with lemon, salt and chili
1 grapefruit
Food
Vegetable soup
1 apple with peel
Green salad (dressed with vinaigrette)
1 fat-free fish or chicken or tuna
Collation
Light Gelatin
Dinner
Unsweetened tea
1 apple with peel
Panela cheese
Green salad
1 toast
DAY 2
Breakfast
Unsweetened tea (You can use Splenda)
1 apple with peel
80 grams of cottage cheese
2 eggs to taste
Tomato juice
Collation
Light Gelatin (You can use Splenda)
Vegetable with lemon, salt and chili
Food
Vegetable soup
Green Salad (dressed with vinaigrette)
1 Fish or chicken or tuna without fat
A cup of rice or 1 tortilla or 1 toast
Collation

DAY 3
Breakfast

1 Light natural yogurt
Tomato juice

Green Salad (dressed with vinaigrette)
Lean beef
Collation

Unsweetened tea (You can use Splenda)
1 apple with peel
A can of tuna in water
