Example of What is the Historical Memory Law
Historical Memory Law / / July 04, 2021
I have decided to create this new section because I am very steeped in the subject and because I like to talk about it. Before I participated in a forum, but I think that here I will achieve more reach and less censorship, since the visits to this page among Latin America are too many.
First we will begin by talking about the Law by which rights are recognized and expanded and measures are established in favor of those who suffered persecution or violence during the Civil War and the Dictatorship, popularly known as the Memory Law Historical Although, it is not only a law for the children and grandchildren of the exile caused by the Franco dictatorship, it is also a law that benefits the children and grandchildren of exiled grandparents in other times.
The law has macho overtones from ancient civil codes, where discrimination against grandchildren for grandmother exists, where the grandchildren by grandfather are benefited and where the children are remedied in some way, but incomplete.
The official page of the law is as follows:
https://leymemoria.mjusticia.es/
Although at the moment a prompt modification is not expected to correct discrimination against women, it is recommended that grandchildren for grandmother come forward for their application to be rejected and subsequently file an appeal with the D.G.R.N.
In the next topic I will explain who is part of the LMH.
*UPDATED
The LMH is no longer in force, so it is no longer possible to benefit from it.
