Synthesis of Preventions for Correct Presentation
Drafting / / July 04, 2021
1. Carefully choose the most suitable materials for the task, as if you were to make a work of art.
2. For formal writing, papers that appear cut, old or worn, note sheets or the like should never be used.
3. Take care, in all cases, that the distribution is appropriate to the content and, at the same time, aesthetic (margins, spaces, indents, blanks, etc.), according to the type and size of the writing.
4. Do not place crossed notes in the margins (except in the case of drafts or trusted correspondence). Use the necessary paper so that all the content fits loosely.
5. Pay attention to the harmony between the color of the ink used and that of the paper, letterheads, inscriptions and other graphic elements that accompany the writing.
6. Do not overlap letters and hide as best as possible the erasures that are unavoidable (in delicate writing, not a single one should be allowed).
7. Make sure that the punctuation and auxiliary signs, accents, underlines and any mark to be used are correctly placed, that they are not missing or variable. Also, that they are not perforated in the paper or illegible.
In documents that require a signature, it should never be missing. As a general rule, it must be handwritten. If it is printed, it will reproduce exactly the original manuscript. When it is not legible, it must be clarified. Thoroughly review what is written, once finished. Rectify or complete what is necessary, in the case of small details and in common writings; but when there are important errors or omissions, or the writing is delicate, it is convenient to redo the work.
Discard "any work that has stains, smudges, tears or wrinkles.
Do not use serial printing systems for delicate writing, where "personal attention" factors play a very important psychological role.
Copies or duplicates should never be sent as if they were originals; they do not cheat and their value is very different.
Fold the papers neatly (with as few folds as possible), if they are to be put in an envelope.
Carefully order the elements attached to the writing and place them in such a way that they are not lost when removing the sheets
