It narrates the life of the shepherds, in an exaggerated way, as the writers imagine it. As an example, I present a piece of La Galatea, by Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra.
"Now free and freed from what they had to do that night with their herds, they tried to collect themselves and leave with Theolinda in part where, without being anyone's handicapped, they could hear what of the event of their love-him's was missing and so they went to a small garden that was in Galatea's house, and, the three sitting underneath a green and pompous vine that was intricately woven by some nets of stick, theolinda repeating some words of what she had said before, she continued saying:
—After finishing our dance and the song of Artidoro —as I have told you, beautiful shepherds—, it seemed to all of us that we returned to the village to do the solemn ceremonies in the temple. sacrifices, and we also seem that the solemnity of the feast gave in some way a license so that, not taking into account the recollection, with more freedom let us enjoy ourselves: and for this reason, all the shepherds and shepherds, in a confused, joyful and regretful lot to the side, we returned, talking each one with whom we most liked she gave him.
