Requirements of a Good Presentation

There are some essential requirements for the presentation to be appropriate:
1. Adequacy of the elements. The kind and size of the paper, the type of writing, the ink, the binding or covers used, the means of subjection, everything that is used to make and contain the work must be chosen with a strict sense of adequacy to its function. For this, the type of writing, the addressee and the environment in which it will be valid must be considered, to achieve a complete adaptation to the practical needs and the prevailing taste in the place and time in which it will act written.
2. Quality. All the material used must be of the best quality, within its genre, so that the writing has the proper hierarchy in its presentation.
3. Aesthetic conditions. The qualities of "beauty" that a good presentation requires are based on the harmony of sizes, colors and shapes, the balanced distribution of the set, the regulation of margins and blanks, the adequacy in the use of different types of letters, signs or drawings, the artistic presentation of the material illustrative. In special cases, the intervention of graphic designers is required, in order to achieve the maximum aesthetic value in the presentation.
