With several directors at the helm, FantasÃa (1940) is a classic of animated cinema, not only because of the incredible work done by its creators in terms of its animated content, but also because it was the first film with stereophonic sound known as "Fantasound" which made it possible for the soundtrack of This film, made by the Philadelphia Orchestra conducted by Leopold Stowkowski, with musical pieces by great composers, was so wonderful and unforgettable. It is a film, which means a great audiovisual experiment a little ahead of its time, the film is made up of different shorts linked to each other, divided into eight segments, among which stands out "The magician and the apprentice", with Mickey Mouse being the assistant of a magician who faces a small problem due to to the curiosity caused by the use of magic and the section based on "The Rite of Spring" by Igor Stravinski where animations are presented explanations about the creation of the earth and the cosmos, using the elements of nature (flowers, water, fish, light, darkness, etc.) as protagonists. Being one of the most important animated films in the history of cinema, Fantasia (1940), at its premiere it was a complete box office failure, which is attributed the lack of appreciation that until then had in this gender.
