A bank deposit contract It is a contract with which an individual or a legal person undertakes to make a first deposit. This first payment is generally used as a means of opening a bank account, be it a "credit account", "savings account" or "debit account".

The conclusion of this contract is generally carried out between a banking or credit institution and a private individual or other legal entity.

Bank deposit contract of money, signed by Banco de la ciudad S.A de C.V.B as depositary and Mr. Juan José Gonzales Rodríguez on behalf of "Creaciones Pantoja S.A", as the depositor, who comply with the provisions of the following clauses:

CLAUSES:

1st.- The depositor will deposit in this act in favor of the Depositary, in bank deposit in cash the amount of 18,000.00 Eighteen thousand pesos M / N, as initial deposit.

2nd.- The depositor will have the right to increase or increase this deposit, during all business days for as long as it is.

3rd.- The depositor may withdraw part or all of the capital deposited in this account.

5.- In case of interest, if the depositor will pay said interest to the depositary as a benefit in the aforementioned account.

6.- The total or partiality of the amount or amounts deposited in this account will be delivered to the depositor at the end of this contract as well as the interests of him.

8th.- This deposit will be exclusively for the account made with number 7854593 in the name of the institution represented by the depositor in this contract.

9.- The interest corresponding to this account will cease to be issued at the time of its legal termination.

10.- The parties submit to the applicable laws within the territory of Mexico City, and submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of Mexico City.

This contract is of a private nature and its responsibility concerns exclusively the parties that include it and, if applicable, the beneficiaries of the depositing party.

This contract is signed in Mexico City on October 10, 2012, and a copy will be delivered to each of the parties.
