Albert Einstein Biography Example

Einstein was born in the city of Ulm, Germany on March 14, 1879. As a child he turned out to be a self-absorbed and calm little boy, with a slow development of the intellect. He didn't get to speak until he was three years old. At the beginning of school, his mother was very concerned about him to the point that she came to think that her son was learning nothing.

The Theory of Relativity was his greatest contribution but not the only one. Through the famous equation E = m c 2, he pointed out that the energy (E) of a quantity of matter with mass (m) is equal to the product of the mass times the square of the speed of light (c). The discovery of the nuclear division, which was the foundation of the atomic bomb, is not due to the studies of it. However, very concerned about the possible consequences that he could have, in 1939 he signed a letter addressed to Roosevelt, president of the United States, in which he he requested that he be interested in atomic research with the sole purpose that Hitler (the Nazi leader who originated the Second World War) did not anticipate in the elaboration of a bomb terrifying. In that same year the war began.

After the Nagasaki and Hiroshima explosions, Einstein joined leading scientists seeking ways to prevent the future use of the atomic bomb. An example of the thought of this great man can be observed in the following sentence: "who attributes to the crisis his hardships and failures, violates his own talent and respects problems more than his solutions ".
