Pedro Ferriz de Con (Mexico City, December 12, 1950) is a Mexican journalist, lecturer and businessman; He graduated as a Civil Engineer from the Ibero-American University and has a Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics from Fleming College De Lugano, Switzerland.
He has collaborated in media such as Channel 11, Imevisión, MVS Radio where for years he teamed up with journalists Carmen Aristegui and Javier Solórzano in the newscast "Para Start" and he became Corporate Vice President.
He is currently a shareholder of Grupo Imagen, where since January 2000 he has conducted the first broadcast of Imagen Informativa, a newscast that is broadcast on 90.5FM from Monday to Friday from 6:45 to 11 in the morning and since May 28, 2007 he is in charge of Cadena Tres Noticias at night, he is also an editorial writer for the newspaper Excelsior.
Pedro Ferriz has become an opinion leader, generally defending a right-wing and moral stance. He is very critical of left-wing parties, although he is also critical of the breach of duty by any public official belonging to any political party; He is characterized by commenting on the information that he disseminates, pointing out both positive and negative criticisms of current news.
