The letter of affiliation is a document that is prepared for the purpose of joining a civil association, union or institution that requires, for normative issues, that a document be delivered to them expressing the interest of the individual or legal entity to join said group.
The affiliation letter must contain the date, the name of the company or interested person, accept the conditions pre-established by the institution you want to affiliate with and the signature sender.
