It has been named as extreme block letter to the cards that have left alignment in all their parts.

Generally these letters are used in internal communications within companies and institutions, as they lack the basic presentation format.

But for their simplicity and practicality, these extreme block cards are used for other purposes such as:

Claim letters among others.
