A dismissal letter for pension, is written by the Personnel Director or by the Manager, who is in charge of making the corresponding communications to pensioners.
It communicates the termination or dismissal and it is officially delivered, communicating that on a certain date must permanently suspend their work, receiving their compensation and benefits corresponding.

Dear Mr. Facundo R. Chaparro, with this letter you are formally notified of the cessation of work that corresponds to you, because your retirement has been processed and pension as a worker of this company on August 5, in which you presented the corresponding documents to the office of pensions.
As you have already reached the corresponding age to be granted the retirement stipulated by federal labor law, and complying with the provisions of the same, you are informed that it will suspend its functions on the last business day of this month.
You have the possibility to claim the wages that have been owed, if any, and the overtime hours that you may have accumulated.
We also take advantage of this letter, to thank extensively for the time and service that he gave us and accompanied us within this company, wishing you the best of luck, and a quiet life enjoying the fruits of your job.
