In relation to the lease agreement that was entered into on July 26, 2011, which, and seeing that it remained as collateral, Mr. Jaime Torres Vargas, and seeing the need for a new guarantor, I hereby constitute myself as a joint guarantee, in order to complete the processing of the lease, and of course, committing myself to assume any obligation, under the terms that corresponds; making me jointly responsible for the total payment of obligations, including interest, in case of delinquency.
By virtue of the foregoing, with full knowledge of the responsibility that I assume before you and ratifying the aforementioned, I sign this on the day of its date.
