He sent you this letter of claim for the theft of a cell phone, which occurred in the facilities of the Hotel that you manage.

Last weekend, in which I went with my family to the Costa Azul beach, and we stayed at the Tropical Paradise Hotel, which you manage, leaving our suitcases, and possessions in room number 806 of the aforementioned hotel, while we went out to take a walk; upon return we realized that our things had been moved and apparently the only thing that was stolen is a Sansang brand cell phone, Galaxia model and a debit card, which were stolen from a suitcase with my belongings personal.

Taking into consideration that the tropical paradise hotel has private security, I make this letter of claim for the theft of cell phone and my card of debit committed within its facilities, so that it makes the pertinent inquiries, regardless of giving a view to the authorities competent.
