A justification letter is written to explain the causes of something that could not be done or accomplished, whether at work, at school, or in any other matter, so it is necessary to excuse yourself by not being able to do that commitment.
Generally this type of text is used to justify an absence or for any other unforeseen event. There are situations that are relatively easy to explain, such as a disease since the doctor can issue the document that explains this absence.
However, there are several situations that are more difficult to justify such as personal problems, an exam, some unforeseen or setback.
Other situations when it is convenient to write a justification letter It is when it is not possible to attend a work meeting, with a client, an important manager in the company, or with a teacher.
This type of document is also used to explain the causes of poor delivery of merchandise or poor service provided to a customer.
