Who subscribes Miguel Ángel Ruiz Martínez, and I am writing to you and your prestigious company, as a representative of a small cooperative called "EscoInsumos" in order to present this cost-benefit letter, and by the same request a sponsorship of economic regime by your.

The line of our business belongs to the food industry, and consists of preparing school breakfasts for private schools.

The initial investment cost is calculated at an approximate of 150,000.00 (one hundred and fifty thousand pesos), including two tetrapack bottling machines that are intended to bottle the products finished.

We already have the certification of the state health secretariat as well as the infrastructure and employees necessary to carry out said business.

The capital that we would require from you would be 50,000.00 (fifty thousand pesos), since the rest of the capital was contributed by a part of the Banco del Sur S.A de C.V.B, who agreed to make said loan for a total of 80,000.00 (eighty thousand pesos) and the rest will be made through a trust with assets of the investors and partners.

I inform you, in the same way, that the benefit corresponding to the costs indicated above will begin to be reflected during the first three months, as it is the approximate period in which, due to the corresponding remuneration, we would recover the capital invested.

To whom it may concern:

I present this letter, in order to clarify the cost and benefit that can be produced by the transaction consisting of the construction of the commercial plaza that would be located on the Ignacio Zaragoza road at its kilometer 1046.

This construction would have a total cost of 125,390,000.00, which would be paid in part with a loan made by the Banco del Sur S.A de C.V.B, who agreed to make said loan for 626,950.00.00 and the rest will be made through a trust with assets of the investors and partners.

The corresponding benefits will begin during the second semester of construction, in which the self-service store and the cinema will meet starting its functions, hoping that the cost will be absorbed in a period of no more than two years, while the main square begins to function and is inaugurated formally.
