Voluntary Withdrawal Example
Cards / / July 04, 2021
The voluntary withdrawal letter is equivalent and has the same wording as the resignation letter. The difference, if we can call it that, is that in the resignation letter we express our withdrawal for any reason, even due to differences with the company or co-workers, while the Retirement Letter is generally written in good terms.
We must not confuse this letter of retirement with the processing of retirement due to unemployment or old age. Retirement due to unemployment requires a request letter so that our company can carry out the necessary procedures for our retirement.
Therefore, our withdrawal letter should state the following:
1 - An indication of SUBJECT, where we will write that it is a voluntary withdrawal; then, in the next line, the date, and then, aligned to the left, the addressee of our letter.
2 - In the body, we will explain the reasons that make us make this decision, and that this is a voluntary decision.
3- Finally, a thank you for allowing us to work in the company, and a farewell phrase. And in the end we must not forget our signature.
Example of a letter of voluntary retirement from the job:
SUBJECT: Voluntary Withdrawal

I hereby announce my intention of my voluntary retirement from the position of Graphic Designer, which I have been doing since January 16, 2005. It is personal reasons, due to the loss of my health, that have made me make this determination; For this reason, I am giving you this notice 30 days in advance of the date on which I plan to leave the post, so that you can take the necessary steps. So I also volunteer to train my replacement during this time.
I am infinitely grateful for the opportunity they gave me by allowing me to work in this magnificent company, the experience that I have acquired over the years has been very enriching.
Sincerely says goodbye
