Example of a Unemployment Withdrawal Letter

The withdrawal request letter Its purpose is to contact banking institutions and retirement fund managers (AFORES) to make the corresponding request.
The afores have three ways to withdraw or make use of the money accumulated in them.
A) Life annuity: In this modality the IMSS informs the worker what type of afore institutions provide the service and if applicable to the beneficiary, he is given a monthly amount that will be delivered throughout his lifetime.
B) Scheduled withdrawal: This modality is contracted directly with the selected afore and requires a considerable amount to be carried out, since it is higher than the life annuity.
C) Minimum guaranteed pension (PMG): This applies to people who do not have enough resources to hire the above. A pension is paid to the beneficiary according to the minimum wage in force in the Federal District. When your funds run out, the IMSS will continue to pay the pension.
Withdrawals from the afore can be made for UNEMPLOYMENT or MARRYING.

By having sufficient requirements to make a withdrawal and because I have reached the age of unemployment, I make the corresponding request for the withdrawal of the corresponding funds from my afore.
For this reason, I enclose the corresponding application form, as well as the corresponding documents to prove my personality.
