GUARANTEE LETTER

Through this letter of guarantee, I inform the parties that enter into the contract to which this letter falls, that I Mariano Landeros Carranza, who identifying myself with my Voter's credential with folio number 25489sdym845, and stating my address at Calle Palacio de los naranjos, number 35 interior 9 colonia rosales, Azcapotzalco Delegation, Mexico District Federal.

I, in my capacity as guarantor in the contract to which the present falls, declare that I am responsible for covering and solve any inconvenience resulting from the contract that Mr. Federico Doring Enojosa, entered into with the landlord, Ing. Fernando Gómez Ferreira, for the room of the property located at Calle Laguna de Mairan Number 92, Col. Salinas, State of Mexico.

The guarantee given in this document is for the purpose of fully covering the clauses that have been accepted in the lease signed by the debtor presented above.

This guarantee is made in favor of the landlord, Mr. Ing. Fernando Gómez Ferreira; It will not be revocable and its validity will be that contemplated by the term of the contract from which this is derived, as well as the formal and accepted delivery of the property that is the object of the contract.
