A meeting minutes is one in which a record of everything that happened in a meeting is made and has the objective of obtaining a record of all the meetings, the topics discussed and the solutions given in order to be able to carry out the due follow-up of the cases.
A meeting report allows us to know the date, place and time of a meeting, the people who participated in it and those who did not attend, the topic that was discussed, the decisions that were made and the conclusions reached arrived.

Human Resources Board for the case of lawsuits for unjustified dismissal

The meeting held today, Wednesday, August 5, 2007, at 11:00 am in the Bicentennial Boardroom on the occasion of the cases of 2 employees who worked in the company until the 18th June of this year and have filed claims for unjustified dismissal before the corresponding authorities, was attended by the director of the Human Resources department on Lic. Rodolfo Lara Hueso, the Deputy Director of said department, Lic. Genaro Trueba García, the advisers who processed the dismissals: Lic. María Fuentes Lomeli and Lic. Ramiro González Orozco, two representatives from the company's Legal Affairs Department were also present: Lic. Roberto Cavazos Rodríguez and Lic. Margarita Sáenz Lorenzo.
The meeting lasted 3 hours and 45 minutes, time in which the 2 cases were studied, for which it was necessary review the work records of the 2 involved, their position, performance and time they worked in the business.
The first was Lic. Ignacio López López, who held the position of financial advisor, his performance was described as "Very Good" by the Director of the Finance Department, Dr. Ernesto Hube Andreson; He worked in the company for 8 years and was fired for reasons of staff cuts.
The second was Lic. Patricia Caso Ramírez, who fell down in the sales position, she had a very high fall when achieving the goals of sales that were granted to her annually, she worked in the company for 5 years and she was fired for reasons of cutting personal.
It was concluded, by unanimous decision, that an arrangement should be negotiated with them to avoid go to trial, because according to what was said by the legal advisors present at the meeting, both the Lic. López and Lic. Case had a good chance of winning the case.
