The memory aid letter or simply a memorandum is basically a memo that is sent by mail or presented directly to an office.
The difference between a memorandum as such and the memory aid letter is that the letter does not have the formality of the memorandum but surpasses the simplicity of the memo.
The use of this document is applied to inform projects or simply to remember their existence.

Dear Sirs
Present:
My name is Carla Maricela Luna Giménez and I am communicating with you by this means, to inform you of the project presented on June 6, 2014 and extend a cordial invitation, so that we re-study the terms of the project and in any case present its realization to the engineers.
I am aware that many of you do not know the project number 6698, and therefore I invite you to see it and take the corresponding considerations.
Here I give you a detail of the project, this consists of the reuse and use of cotton clothing and the manufacture of sheets of natural fibers, these sheets have multiple uses, from roofs to structures of building.
Without further ado, I say goodbye.
Atte.
Carla Maricela Luna Giménez
