C. President of the Assembly of Representatives, Mr. Dip. Manuel Granados Covarrubias, allow me to write to you, to request the cessation of the intention to reform the political situation of the Federal District, not for the desire to degrade the functions of the rulers, but it is clearly evident that the intention of the inhabitants of the city and especially the traditional inhabitants and seniority, it is not reflected in the reform they present, there is no information for the indigenous people and the need for a single party to obtain the total control.
