I hereby inform you of my disagreement with the delivery and parcel service, since the devices I have purchased in your store they have arrived damaged, on five occasions, something that never happened to me with the company that delivered the packages previously.
I do not dispute in any way the replacement of the devices, but they alter my work in a latent way, since they delay the deliveries of the computing devices that are given to me for your composure.
I also let you know that the DDR3 memories they sent me were not of the brand that was They had requested, having been sent cheaper branded ones, but they have not caused me any problems.
On July 7, 2011, I had telephone communication with the transport company, but they have not been able to explain the damage of the spare parts that have been delivered to me, claiming responsibility to the company station.
There have been two deliveries that did not arrive on time, and for which an extra charge was made to me of 50 pesos, extra, of which I learned until the completion of the court accounts at the end of month.
I would appreciate it if you promptly evaluate the problem presented, since my acquisitions are very constant with your company, and it is only from the change of courier company that the parts have arrived damaged, and that they clarify the accounts for the sending of memory cards wrong.
