The conference cards They are the cards where the data related to a conference is recorded. In it the essential data of the same are written, such as the lecturer's data, the subject of the conference, place where the conference is held, topics covered and a brief summary of the conference.
Data that is written to a conference tab:
- Conference theme
- Title of the conference cycle (if there are several related conferences).
- Name or title of the conference.
- Speaker name. If there are several speakers, they are cited one by one, separated by commas.
- Name of the commenters (if any).
- Place, date and time the conference was held.
- Issues.
- General summary.
Conference card example:
Lectures on Ancient Music. Cycle: "Course on music appreciation and the origins of music."
Conference "Music in ancient Egypt", given by Felipe Aguirre, conductor of the Vienna Conservatory.
Held on Saturday, January 30, 2010, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Costa del Sur hotel conference room.

In this conference an explanation is made about the magical-religious origins of music, and show some reconstructions of Egyptian musical instruments, based on paintings from the epoch. There is talk about the discovery of pentatonic musical scales, through the study of ancient instruments, as well as that it was already knew polyphony in Egypt, which is demonstrated in the paintings where flute players are represented playing their instruments in a that each one produced different sounds, creating polyphony, an influence that disappeared until the end of the Middle Ages in music western.
