The objective of this research is to verify and define the propensity of the national population to diabetes, and the influence of customs and traditions as propellants in the disease. Treatment and cultural influence on food and physical activity and social sedentary lifestyle.

Justification

This research can benefit an adequate management of diabetes in our country and the circumstances that increase or decrease the inconvenience.

Theoretical framework

Background

There are studies carried out in hospitals and national health centers, which support the incidence of diabetes in the Mexican population, since their diet is very varied and rich in animal and saturated fats, which leaves them in disagreement with their effects.

The budget for this research will be a total of 300,000.00 (three hundred thousand pesos) that will be provided by the national diabetes institute of the country.
