A bibliographic card is an annotation that contains the most important information in a book that may be useful in some of our research. Examples:
Simple bibliographic card:

Mexico, Roca, 1972.
160 pp. (Collec. R.9)
Bibliographic sheets of articles:
Many times we need tokens to deal with a specific article or also about an anthology. This class of files must contain the names of the author, the name of the article and details of the publication. You can add some data considered also necessary, such as publisher, page number, etc.
Bibliographic sheets of articles:
MONITOR, PETER SELLER, “the meaning of movies”, In: Diario Mercurio de Lima, Peru. Editorial Buenos Aires, pp., 5-9
FORLAN, DIEGO, “the effects of the jabulani”, In: South Africa 2010, Quito, Ecuador. Editorial España, pp., 58-69
Bibliographic records of a thesis:
The theses must be filed in special files and within the reach of any possible researcher who needs them in order to obtain a university registration or degree. They have to be classified in the same way as books, either by author or by subject. The information that has to appear is the name of the author, name, denomination of the thesis, date and place.
Examples:
BONAPARTE CLEON, Agustina. Preparation of white sauce from soybeans (Gerónio Palacio Grande). Thesis for the title of Kitchen Engineer, Universidad De León, México, 2001, 50pp.
