Documentary File Example

The document filel is a card very similar to the bibliographic card, but this card deals with documents, and includes information such as main ideas and where to file.

This type of card can be made on paper, but it has generally been done on a computer, although it has the basic structure of the printable card.

The data that it must or may contain are:

1. Name or names of the authors, promoters or recipients.
2. Record number
3. File number, order or general registry
4. Instance or institution in charge
5. Signature of the person or persons responsible (only in the printed version).
