KIDNAPPING CONTRACT

Kidnapping Contract entered into by one party and with the quality of depositors Messrs. CLAUSES:

FIRST.- Messrs. Felipe Velasco Contreras and Angustias Flores Catalán deliver in their capacity as DEPOSITORS the article consisting of a BMW Brand car of the 7 series, which will be detailed in description:

• With a face value of $ 97,400
• White color
• Leather seats
• Abs brakes

Automobile, which will be received as Depositary in kidnapping, and by which the depositary is obliged to guard it until such time as the jurisdictional authorities located in the city of Querétaro, Querétaro México judicially pronounce on its respect and it is requested the same after judgment and execution correspondent.

SECOND.- With this conventional sequestration contract, the depositary is obliged to take care of the property described in the previous clause as if he were the owner, and if he were to enrich himself By means of the property that is the object of this contract, he must compensate the next owner of the property in question with the prior exception that he does not receive the corresponding premium.

THIRD.-In order to fulfill your obligation to DEPOSITARY, The amount of $ 800.00 (eight hundred pesos M / N) will be delivered every 30 days, depositors paying the exact half of the amount for each one.

QUARTER.- The DEPOSITARY will receive the payment described above for the concept of MAINTENANCE, AND CIRCULATION OF THE VEHICLE FOR THAT THE ENGINE DOES NOT STICK, AS WELL AS TO PERFORM ITS VERIFICATIONS, MECHANICAL CHECKS AND PROCEDURES CORRESPONDING.

FIFTH.- The parties declare that this contract was made without fraud, reluctance or bad faith of any nature and based on this they ratify what is established in this contract and sign it.
