HOSTING CONTRACT WITH SERVICES

Accommodation contract entered into as landlord by “ACILO LOS MORALES S.C” Represented by Mr. Felipe Castillo Nieto, who will be recognized from now on as "the landlord" and Mr. Eugenio Castillo Zepeda, who is the interested party to receive the services and who from now on will be known as the "guest", The parties declare that they are of legal age and have full capacity to enter into this contract and agree to be bound by the following clauses:

CLAUSES:

First.- "The landlord" will deliver for its use and full service the apartment that is marked with the number 61 of the building called "ACILO LOS MORALES S.Ci" which is located in José de Matamoros street, number 312, Metropolitan neighborhood, Of. Atzcapotzalco, Mexico Federal District.

Second.- The room that is the object of this contract has a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and a balcony; is duly adequate to perform asylum services in terms of temporary, in favor of the interested party.

Third.- The "Guest" accepts said apartment, and confirms that it is in the conditions indicated in the Second Clause.

Quarter.- The "Landlord" is obliged to manage the cleaning of said apartment, provide food in the general dining room of the building, provide the services and attentions that according to the nature are required, the meals will be carried out in accordance with a schedule that is indicated by the doctor or supervisor of the "Guest"

Fifth.- Meal hours and use of the laundry: these two services will be provided discreetly by "The landlord" in the way that is most optimal for the service of "The guest":

• Breakfast will be served at 7:00 am, and will be varied during the week, if there is a specific medical diet, it must be explained by the assigned doctor in advance.
• Food will be served at 3:00 p.m. and will vary during the week, if there is a specific medical diet, it must be explained in advance.

Sixth.- Payment will be made in advance and may be made by a family member or by the insurance or pension system that protect the "guest" which will be $ 2500.00 50/100 M / N (Two thousand five hundred pesos national currency) that will be paid on the 1st of each month.

Seventh.- The accommodation referred to in this contract will begin on October 1, 2012, and will end on April 26, 2013.

Eighth.- It is the obligation of the "The lessor":

1. Ensure room service for the "guest", and in case of failure in the assigned room, relocate the "guest" in another room.
2. Guarantee the use of said apartment, during the period agreed in the contract.
3. It will issue the duly legalized receipts that will attest to the room service agreed in this contract.
4. Both parties undertake to comply with all the obligations that the parties have both to the hotelier and to the Guest.

Ninth.- The obligations of the "Guest" are:

1. Do not grant the use of the same, in whole or in part, to another and other people;
2. Receive food at the time previously set by the person in charge of the dining room; complying with all the obligations that the Civil Code imposes on the guests.

Tenth.- The water, drainage, electricity and gas services will be paid by the hotelier, and the corresponding aliquot will be applied to the cost of the room.

This contract will be signed in original and copy, by the "guest" may have the representation of a family member or trusted person.

There must be a witness for each of the parties, to attest to the validity of this contract.
