CLAUSES

EIGHTH. "THE PROVIDER" agrees and accepts that in view of the exceptional origin of this contract, no permanent legal relationships are derived from it, in any case.
NINTH. The parties agree that the copyright, which will be generated by the performance of the services that is the subject of this contract, as well as the trademarks and patents that originate, are property of "LA UNAM", in attention that "THE PROVIDER" has the character of a special and remunerated collaborator in terms of article 59 of the Federal Law of Rights of Author.
TENTH. This contract constitutes the agreement between the parties, in relation to the object thereof and leaves no effects any other negotiation, whether oral or written, that is prior to the date of signature of this contract.
ELEVENTH.
