The act of communicating is an action that occurs between two or more people, in order to be able to exchange a series of information or data that at that time is required by both parties.
The way in which communication develops, starts from the participation of various elements such as the message, which is the information that is exchanged between sender and receiver. It is, to the exchange of the message, what is called the communicative process.
Other elements that are within the communicative process are the information code that is used by consensus and the channel that is used for said exchange of the information itself.
Oral Communication
It is thus conceived when the message that is transmitted is captured by the receiver through the ear. And information is reached every time its content travels through the air. It will be from the neurological processes of the receiver that it encodes the content of the message that the sender wanted to present. In addition to the content itself, it captures the tone of voice, the intentions of the message, and other aspects.
Vices of orality
The case may arise in which both the sender and receiver are not immersed in the same message code, so it is undeniable that the communication presents failures and lack of understanding. For example, when they do not develop the same language in their speech.
Speaking techniques
The development of communication has its beginnings at the very moment in which a human being begins to speak. It will be over the years that the use of oral expression for specific purposes will be perfected. An example of this would be for the use of public speaking techniques.
This learning and mastery will allow them to develop efficiently in some areas that require it, such as those presented below.
Examples of oral communication:
1. Face-to-face conversation between two or more people in the same physical place.
2. Conversation between two or more people through a phone call.
3. Conversation between two or more people through a chat.
4. Dialogue between two or more people physically meeting, seeking an agreement.
5. Dialogue between two or more people through a call to reach an agreement.
6. Job interview between the person in charge of Human Resources and the applicant for a job.
7. Clinical interview that takes place between the GP and the patient.
8. Job interview that takes place between the journalist or host of a program and the guest.
9. Journalistic interview that takes place between the journalist and the character of interest related to the subject in question.
10. Description that a person makes about something that is observed to another person.
11. Story carried out by one person reading it aloud to another.

13. Conference held by an expert or interested in that a target audience listens to their ideas, hypotheses or arguments.
Written communication
This is another form of communication that exists. It is a communicative process in which a key element intervenes, the written word. This is used according to a code established in a language or cultural environment.
It is important to bear in mind that written communication is a process that is acquired during the literacy and education process for a correct use of the written language itself. For that, first it is necessary to learn to read and later it will be possible to learn to write.
Later, and over the years, writing and its processes must be continually refined to satisfy particular communication needs.
