Example of Academic Record
Curriculum Vitae / / July 04, 2021
It is called academic record, document that lists and describes the degrees completed in one or more educational institutions. The academic record is issued by a public or private institution, but must be ratified by the state educational institution, which gives it official validity.
In the academic record, the postgraduate, doctorate, master's degrees and other studies carried out by the person are added, and only refer to a particular individual.
There is no specific format, therefore there are different electronic and printed versions, but they must comply with characteristics that distinguish it, such as:
- Date of entry to the educational institution.
- Attendance history.
- Subjects studied.
- Approved subjects.
- Defaulted subjects.
- Average mark.
- Credits (in college history)
- Hours of social service (on college record)
This is a document requested as a requirement for new courses, postgraduates, masters and doctorates.
In some institutions or companies it is requested as a procedural requirement to obtain positions, whether they are teaching, business or government.
When presenting the curriculum Vitae, this document is usually attached to verify the existence of this knowledge.
