VI.- Return unused materials to the employer and keep the instruments and tools that he has given them for the job in good condition, not being responsible for the deterioration caused by the use of these objects, nor that caused by unforeseeable circumstances, force majeure, or due to poor or defective quality. building.
VII.- Observe good manners during the service.
VIII.- Provide assistance at any time that is needed, when the person or the interests of the employer or his co-workers are endangered due to an accident or imminent risk.
IX.- Integrate the organizations established by this law.
X.- Submit to the medical examinations provided for in the internal regulations and other regulations in force in the company or establishment, to prove that you do not suffer from any disability or occupational disease, contagious or incurable.
XI.- Make the employer aware of contagious diseases they suffer, as soon as they become aware of them.
XII.- Notify the employer or his representative of the deficiencies that they notice, in order to avoid damages to the interests and lives of their co-workers or employers.
