A Christmas bonus It is a document that certifies the economic amount received by a worker.
This benefit is granted by federal labor law and covers workers of the private order (Companies) and the state order (Government), being exempt from This benefit is self-employed, some trusted workers, freelancers not belonging to an outsourcing company, and those who work for fees.
The Christmas bonus receipt specifies the amount of the amount received, the corresponding collection as well as the fair payment, as established in article 87 of the Federal Labor Law.
The Aguinaldo receipt must contain:
- Name of the company where you work
- Amount received by right
- Specification of the amount of the "bonus"
- Date of delivery of the economic amount.
- Employee salary amount
- Amount for every 15 days
- Corresponding taxes
- Net total given to the worker
- Employee's name
- Signature of the receiving employee
