Insomnia (I can't sleep, I have insomnia, I wake up at night)

The insomnia, is the way you define difficulty sleeping in people. This condition usually occurs in people who live with a lot of pressure, stress, chronic illnesses, whether mental such as depression, anorexia, bulimia and vigorexia or physical such as angina pectoris, and the effects produced by the sleep fly (called tsetse) or neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson; bad habits also produce loss of sleep and waking up at night, habits such as eating a lot before going to bed, drinking a lot of fluids and not keeping an orderly sleep schedule.
There are innumerable remedies for whom can not sleep, both popular and homemade, and of these we can mention:
- Drink warm milk with honey.
- Drink ice water.
- Do not drink water for two hours from two hours before going to bed.
- Use a sleep mask
- Drink lettuce infusion
- Foot bath
- Infusion of orange leaves.
- Infusion of valerian sweetened with honey.
There are specific treatments that must be applied by professionals, who can control loss of sleep chronic and try to fix it permanently.
If insomnia occurs in children, it is essential to discuss it with responsible adults so that the treatment for insomnia, and thus prevent it from increasing and causing further damage.
A walk, a glass of warm milk, a hot bath, or reading a nice book before bed can help you fall asleep.
The age of a person is related to the hours of sleep, because the energy expended by young people is very high in relation to that of an adult or the elderly.
The average sleep time is 8 hours, and should not be less than four and a half hours.
Waking up rested and fresh means that we have had enough sleep.
