It is said that something is amorphous when it is presented without a regular form, or failing that, well determined.
This aforementioned amorphous form is one of the plausible structures that solid state materials. Because crystalline or semi-crystalline materials are characterized by presenting a Pattern similar and regular number of atoms or ions made up of three-dimensional structures, on the other hand, amorphous materials will present a uniformly warped pattern which is the same as saying that they do not present an ordering Newspaper or crystal structure. Some examples of this type of amorphous materials are the glasses (because they will take the shape of the containers where it solidifies) and certain plastic materials.
In the specific case of glasses, there is no order in their particles, which will be randomly located.
While, a substance will be considered amorphous when it does not have any form, because its molecular structure does not have an ordering, adapting to the container into which it is poured, as happens with gases and liquids.
On the other hand, in the language current, when someone is described as amorphous, what is meant is that the same it lacks personality Y character own self.
And at the behest of the geology, will be called amorphous mineral that is not crystallized.
