We understand by spell to all that act or action that aims to transform or alter reality from the use of methods normally considered dark by the religion, methods that can resort to black magic, witchcraft or other forms of unofficial practices. Spells are understood as valid and effective by many people, although today most people really disbelieve their effects and take them more than anything as a joke or a joke. joke. However, people who do believe in them use them as methods of explanation or of acting in the face of certain incomprehensible, painful phenomena or with which they cannot cope.
The idea of a spell or incantation arises from the very moment that religion arises, as a form alternative to try to control or understand the world we live in. For most of human history, the belief in spells, incantations, curses and spells was always very strong, especially during the Middle Ages, time in which the official religion as the occult religious practices had a very strong ascendancy over the people. However, with the advent of modern times, belief in such events or acts declined significantly as human beings developed a
mind more rational and empiricist.Spells can be performed by people who engage in these types of activities (such as witches, wizards or sorcerers) as well as by common people who have the information on how to take it to cape. In general, the spell is a type of action that is generated on another person in order to obtain certain results: that person suffers, that he falls in love with whoever performs or demand the spell, etc. The varieties of spells are very large and showy, although they usually all involve some kind of delivery or spell, the proclamation of special phrases and the invocation of spirits capable of concretizing the spell.
